The
month of July is the month where we celebrate nutrition. To remain educated and
healthily knowledgeable about things that matters to our health, lifestyle and
body.
Our
theme this year is Kumain ng Wasto at
Maging Aktibo… Push natin to! This advocates healthy eating and being
active not only in sports but also to being active in life.
Celebrating this kind of event is very important and it benefits the
life of many people because it gives significant information about nutrition
and healthy living to have a longer life. However, people tend to forget what
is right and wrong in digesting foods. And sometimes people are obsessed in
dieting and they tend to forget eating.
We
just need to be understanding and help people power up their courage in being
healthy. We don’t have to irritate them we just have to encourage them. It also helps people gain new knowledge and being brave to show off what they can do and what their healthy lifestyle might be.
