When looking at it, a memory, a very distant memory of the chaos that was once the Vigan we live in today.

Vigan Fiesta is a very unique celebration here. This Fiesta attracts not only the local people of Vigan but tourists all over the world. They come to Vigan to witness the unique culture and the happiness Vigan gives its people to.

The fiesta is celebrated for the commemoration of our patron saint, St. Paul. He endured a lot of hardships and danger spreading the word of God. Biguenos first start it by having a mass and later on continue the fiesta. It is held every January 25 where various activities happen. we can see the cultural meaning of it just watching the festival.
